Hello, my name is Barb Loftus. I am the founder and president of Tech-Mark Services. Tech-Mark Services began in 1998, offering business development and program management support to government contractors. In 2010, Tech-Mark Services, LLC, formed to expand its services to government customers. Our business model is to identify and deliver targeted, often highly specialized, subject matter experts to address the specific needs of our customers. The result is achieving customers' objectives for less over-all costs because we can meet needs more efficiently, effectively, and with greater flexibility than customers can do on their own.
